General Provisions
Mygusi reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. The current version is always published on this page.
By using the site you confirm you are over 18 and accept the terms set out here.
Orders and Payment
An order is confirmed once payment is approved. Each item is then manufactured to order, so an order is not final until you receive a confirmation email.
Prices are listed in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include VAT as required by law.
Instalment payment is offered on eligible payment methods; the available instalment counts are shown at the payment step.
Delivery
Orders are shipped with Sürat Kargo to anywhere in Türkiye.
Delivery times vary by product and region; an estimate is shown on the product page and in the order confirmation.
The risk of transit is ours until the product reaches you: anything damaged in shipping is replaced or repaired free of charge. Having the courier record a damage report at handover speeds the process up.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Under Turkish consumer protection law, you may withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
Warranty
All our products carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects, starting from the delivery date.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, use outside the product's intended purpose, or unauthorized repairs.

Wholesale and Partnerships
We sell the products we manufacture at wholesale to hotels, cafés, housing developments and resellers.

Intellectual Property
All imagery, text and designs on the site belong to Mygusi and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Mygusi is not liable for indirect damages arising from force majeure or the site being temporarily unavailable.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from these terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts of Kayseri (Central).
