General Provisions
Mygusi reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. The current version is always published on this page.
By using the site you confirm you are over 18 and accept the terms set out here.
Orders and Payment
An order is confirmed once payment is approved. Because stock can change, an order is not final until you receive a confirmation email.
Prices are listed in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include VAT as required by law.
Delivery
Products are delivered built and blanket-wrapped within the stated delivery window.
Delivery times vary by product and region; an estimate is shown on the product page and in the order confirmation.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Under Turkish consumer protection law, you may withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
Warranty
All our furniture carries a five-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, use outside normal weather conditions, or unauthorized repairs.
Intellectual Property
All imagery, text and designs on the site belong to Mygusi and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Mygusi is not liable for indirect damages arising from force majeure or the site being temporarily unavailable.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from these terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey and the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts of Istanbul (Central).
